Kyle C. Olive

Kyle Olive became a trial lawyer due to a deep-seated desire to help the underdog, the downtrodden and the oppressed.  Too often, the hardworking people of Seattle and the Greater Puget Sound find themselves in a David versus Goliath struggle against big corporations, governmental entities and insurance companies.  He fights for a just result on behalf of his clients who have been wronged and works to not only help clients receive the settlement the deserve, but also peace of mind and a restoration of faith in our legal system.  His service as a Seattle injury lawyer has earned him numerous accolades on both a local and nationwide level, having been named a Rising Star in Washington, but also a "Super Lawyer," and a member of the Top 40 under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.  His excellent service is recognized not only by his peers, but also by his clients who have given him a "superb attorney" AVVO rating among personal injury attorneys in Seattle.

Born outside of Chicago, Kyle has spent the last thirty years in the Pacific Northwest and has made his mark in numerous ways in Washington State.  He attended Seattle University School of Law as a Presidential Law Scholar, where he earned the CALI Award for both Federal Courts and International Law, served as the Editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, as President of the International Law Society, and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree on the Dean's List.  Upon graduating from law school, he clerked for Justice Tom Chambers of the Washington Supreme Court.  His commitment to public service also earned him a Pro Bono Public Service Commendation from the Washington State Bar Association.

In addition to pursuing justice for his clients throughout the Seattle-Bellevue metropolitan area and Greater Puget Sound region, he also enjoys all of the outdoor pleasures the Pacific Northwest has to offer and savors his time away from work as a dad and husband on a small farm on Vashon Island.
